Chef Joseph Calabrese is proud to announce that we will be opening a new French Bistro - Café Touché - in 2009. We look to provide the area with the same quality, food, service and value that you have come to expect from Zia's. Café Touché will be located just one block west of Zia's in the heart of Edison Park. Our focus will be everyday French food in a Bistro setting. Please keep your eyes and ears open for our grand opening date!!
